Medicaid Programs
The state of Texas offers a number of Medicaid programs for which some home care recipients may be eligible. As a Medicaid certified home health care agency, Nurses Unlimited is able to assist clients who receive and pay for in-home care under any of the following programs:
- Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
- Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP)
- Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP)
- Comprehensive Care Program
- STAR Plus Medicaid Managed Care Providing Increased Access for the Disabled and Elderly

Nurses Unlimited's long-term care services are administered by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) under the Community Care for the Aged and Disabled (CCAD) program.
Services provided under our long-term care program include non-medical in-home care and environmental modification services. To be eligible for these services, individuals must meet the requirements designated by DADS.
