This division provides services to individuals who have chronic, long-term illness or disabilities. The program is administered by the DADS, Department of Aging and Disability Services, under "Community Care for the Aged and Disabled."

Terri Riley, RN, is the Chief Operations Officer of the Long-Term Care Division.
