Our Philosophy is to meet the needs of the community by providing health care for individuals including neonates through geriatrics. We employ those people with the skills and knowledge to provide the most professional care regardless of medical diagnosis, race, religion, age, or disability.

From the Beginning

Nurses Unlimited, Inc. was established in 1983 by its current owners, Dr. Jim Gerron and Patsy Gerron, RN, BSN. We are headquartered in the Permian Basin with over 3,000 statewide employees serving 6,700 patients across the state of Texas. For over 24 years, we have strived to improve our patient's quality of life and meet the home healthcare needs of our patients.

Nurses Unlimited has grown from its original one room office to one of the largest employers in the Permian Basin. Through our three divisions, we meet a variety of homecare needs for our patients. The service areas provided by our divisions are listed below.

  • Long-Term Care - Serves 223 Texas counties from 11 locations.

  • Skilled Care- Serves 18 Permian Basin counties

  • Respiratory and Home Medical Equipment - Serves 70 Texas counties from 7 locations.
